Hotel Mondschein – since 1739

The Hotel Mondschein - Stuben, Austria, is a special ski hotel in the heart of the most impressive ski area in Austria. The hotel is located directy in the centre of the wonderful and compact village, offering ski-in / ski-out to its guests. The Hotel Mondschein was built in 1739 and exudes character. It has an atmospheric lounge and restaurant and an impressive wine cellar. All this and one of the finest locations in the entire Arlberg ski region.


Listed amongst Michelins - Best Restaurants 2009, the Panorama restaurant in the Hotel Mondschein offers exquisite food. Austrian wines are available, as is tasting in the wine cellar. Once weekly the hotel guests are taken up to the hotels atmospheric mountain hut, located on the lower slopes at Stuben, to enjoy Traditional live music, beers, wines and traditional snacks.


But essentially the Hotel Mondschein is a skiers hotel, with a location that could barely be bettered; immediate access to the far end of the St Anton ski area and some of the best off-piste skiing in Austria. After the slopes the newly renovated pool with neck jets, sauna and massage salon are available in the Relaxation and Wellbeing Zone. The fire-side lounge is a great place to unwind with a book, newspaper and wine.
